Who is this programme designed for?
Managers and aspiring leaders who are already performing well but want to be recognised as leadership material, expand their influence, and accelerate their career progression without burning out or damaging their relationships.
How much time does it require each week?
Around 2 hours per week total: 15 minutes a day for the app-based brain training exercises (roughly 1.75 hours) plus the 1-hour live session every Wednesday evening. It’s designed to integrate into a busy manager’s schedule.
Why is the cohort kept small?
Small group coaching produces deeper, faster results. With a limited number of participants, you receive genuinely personalised coaching in every session, not a lecture you’re observing. The intimacy also builds a rare level of trust and peer accountability.
What if I've done coaching or workshops before?
Most coaching addresses skills and strategies. This program addresses what’s underneath — the mental patterns and Saboteur responses that undermine even skilled communicators. It complements, rather than repeats, anything you’ve done before.
What if I miss a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and shared. We ask for your commitment to attend where possible because the peer dynamic is a core part of the experience. But life happens, and missing one session won’t set you back.
